My parents went into their offices about a year and a half ago. John Martinez interview them and took in their case. They told them that their house can be saved and that they had a case. Then every time they called they would ask for thousands of dollars and lie that they needed payment because in a few days they were going to court. Once we finished paying them they decided to wait 3 months to start papers. 

Once we started court they kept making us pay appearances and the first attorney that represented us in court Aurol Steel i believe her name was went to the front of the judge that day and was not even able to say the name of the bank. Next we went to another court and went with Kristen Cumins. Once we got out of court opposing council asked for the comparables and the plan payments and that they can work something out. Two or so months passed and when we called CPAC they said that she had quit for who knows what reason. Then we went to speak with an attorney called cyrus and told us he was going to go with us to court and what was going to happen.For the next court date no one appeared and the judge said there was going to be something done about our attorney failing to appear to court.That same day me and my mom had to rush to santa ana from the superior court in downtown La and go see what went wrong. When we get there we were told that cyrus quit and that we were going to get credit for him not going. So then were told that they were going to go for sure the next court date and that a lady attorney was going to go. A few days before court was going to happen they tell us that opposing council had said that they are not willing to help and that they were done. They told us in the end that we had no choice but either sell the house with them or go into bankruptcy. So we decided to sell it. The last time we went to court we went represented by david powell. He told the judge that it was his first time trying the case and that we were going to change attorneys. The judge ended up dismissing the case and now an Attorney Aproved By the state bar told us that they are a scam and there isn't anything we can do. Dont Go With These People.
