I had ordered a medical product from this company which I needed immediately. I checked the expedited next day delivery FedEx box thinking that it would be shipped on Saturday. Come to find out I had to talk with a rep if I wanted it on Saturday.
I refused the shipment when it came on Monday. After not getting a reply to the refund for a couple weeks I called them to inquire the status. The "owner", at least that's who she said she was stated that I would not get my shipping costs back plus they would charge me a 15% restocking fee! I insisted there were no specifics regarding Saturday shipping and she kept insisting there was. I asked if she was going to argue with me and she stated that she was just letting me know.
I told her that I would not use them in the future and that's when she said, "well I'm the owner and I don't care if you don't." and hung up!
Anyways, I filed a report with the Virginia BBB. I'm sure she doesn't care and I would be surprised if I see any of my money.

I was following up with CPAP Supply USA about crediting my credit card for my return, which had not occurred. I got a hold of the other owner, the brother of the rude woman who I have complained about. He was the exact opposite of his sister! He listened, he explained, and he had empathy about the situation-just like a company should in dealing with their customers. He agreed to reimburse the whole amount and apologized for the inconvenience. I will give them another chance. I'm glad this forum is available.
