I signed a contract with "Bella Pictures" on line. Never met with anyone got the site from The Knot. Usually a good sign if they are on there I was told. It was easy to reach people by phone and email. I felt comfortable. I even got to meet the photographer. Gave him my profile to follow me and my husband around and my the parents tables only. No dinner table shots all to be photo journalistic. The photographer was not very experience and was "no where to be found after the ceremony".
I called to complain. I was promised a redo of pics with our families if I was unhappy with the pics. I received an email stating the pics were ready to view on line and my DVD was on the way in the mail. I then called and asked how to work the album planner and print order for my credit. It took forever for a call back. I then emailed all the contacts I had from past emails before the wedding. No return emails. I panicked. So, I emailed every day til finally I got a email back telling how to do the album , etc.. I tried it and still did not work.
So, kept calling the main number , customer service, etc.. The phone number didn't even work at one point. It said call back during business hours but it was during business hours. I kept emailing this person asking for her direct line to talk to her I was in panic. She provided me it but I called & voice mail was full. I spoke to her one time when she called me. Her name was "Dawn", she advised me CPI , owned Bella and downsized and she was the only one left from" Bella" finishing past weddings from "Bella". She promised to get my pics edited for me to do my album on line.
I never heard from her again. So, I tried the album planner on their site again. It didn't work . I entered 30 of 60 pics. The system said it was locked and to contact the administrator. I kept emailing because the numbers did not work. Then I received an email from "Stayc Piecyk " from American Wedding Group , with phone number to contact her. So, I called asap. She told me the company CPI owned Bella and is in bankruptcy and to Google them. I did and she was right. All I received is my DVD. So, my contract was not fulfilled and I have been ripped off! Please help if you can.

Bella pictures rip off
AUTHOR: Shari - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, April 18, 2013
I too am a stranded Bella pictures customer. Everything with my experience was fine as i had my wedding in Nov 2012. The issue came when creating the albums i had already paid for. I provided all of the info to my Bella representative and was awaiting the proof of my album. Suddenly all email responses stopped cold. My last contact was Feb 26th. It was at this time I was told that they were running behind and I should have my proof by the end of the next month. Little did I know that at this time they had already sold off Bella. In addition, in mid jan I gave Bella an additional $250 for another album I was going to do in the future to put on my account for my mother in law. It is very disturbing to know that at this time they took my money knowing that an album would never be produced as they had already sold off the company. I too have been emailed by "Stayc", who was the first official contact I got that the company had changed hands. The fact that Bella pictures never even had the courtesy to let their customers know of their closing and what the plan would be for fulfilling orders is disgusting. In my eyes they have stolen $500 from me which is my album credit, as my contract is not fulfilled.
