CPS Auto Finance Good Samaritan (not my loan) Harassed by CPS Auto Finance Irvine California

I have to agree with other folks on the harassment CPS Auto Finance does. I simply helped a friend out by making one of his car payments while he was away fighting for our country. Since doing that good Samaritan act I was harassed numerous times by this company. I told them they should not call me again and by them calling they were doing something illegal. I even pointed out that I never consented to be contacted by CPS, nor was I a reference and only did a friend a favor. The conversation got even more heated and the person from CPS ended up calling me a little girl among other slanderous comments. I then called back to report this person. I told the supervisor' I recorded the conversation and they need to stop calling me. She wanted me to play it so that she could identify the person who acted so unprofessional. I refused because they 'supposedly' have all their conversations recorded. She said it was illegal that I recorded her without her consent which baffled me. They called me so much I ended up switching phone numbers. I feel for the people in the situation where they are obligated to the company. What's so unreal to me is that CPS doesn't stop to think that by harassing people to the point where it is disruptive to their work they won't be able to perform as well as they should putting them in a compromising situation that could lead to unemployment- then borrowers can never pay CPS.
1. I paid money that I wasn't debted to pay.
2. I was harassed by the amount of calls they made to my personal phone, work calls, & they called one of my references on a loan I did (NOT WITH THEM).
3. I was harassed verbally with insults.
4. I was harassed financially- by them calling so many times to use my minutes on my phone plan.
