I'm one of third to oldist of 12 kids[52 now ]
'I 'm trying to figure out how to Sue the CPS of Wa.
I don't want go by State, cause their Federal to & no one goes through with it.

Some people says you can't sue the CPS ,but I know you could & thats what they need to teach them a lesson. This all started when my Mom die i n 1968 .

My Dad was logging, he he had leave Colville Wa.
CPS just wouldn't leave us alone. my Dad left every thing up in the woods.[Cat ,Jammer ,Saws ,etc

We move to Arizona. I wanted to go back to school when we got to Airzona,But my Dad said I could, but he can't buy me no School clothes or shoes or School supplies & that he need for me to really stay home to work & help make us a living. I'm the only one that finaly got a GED then went to college.

When I got older & move up here to Port Angeles Washington. But I'm to late,I got MS. I probably could made something of my self ,if I would've got a Education when I was young.

Now the Case workers are doing the same thing with my Boy[16] his grades was 3.9 ,Now some where below 2.2 He was real good in Basketball ..but he had some extra credits for playing Basketball,Football.track & Band.

He was going to try for NBA,but they go by his Grades mostly.

I talk with the School,so they decided to don't give him a grade for one of his classes[which he fel[Spanish ],so they gave him a 2.93 they say he done good at his finals .The CPS reports all his Grades for 2005 is A B C , to the Judge .their not ,he flunk in Spanish.But the Judge do what Social workers say. They will send his Grades for Spanish,when his Teacher gets back. The teacher went some where,when he gets back ,they will get his Grades..I thought that was Pretty good of the School.

Another thing is when I first try to get Cussdiy of Keith ,I live in Ephada. The Supervisor in Mose Lake said ,NO WE CAN'T GIVE YOU CUSSDIY OF THAT BABY,YOUR A SINGLE GUY. & I cal two other times & a social works told me the same thing & Keith MOM was in jail all the time , she was addicted to Coccaine. Then I move over on the Reservation[lower Elwah ] I got Cussddy of Keith real easy. He was 9 months old then[16 now ] I told them I didn't think the way Social workers not doing their job rigth. Patti Ellison is the main one that help me get Cussddy of Keith. She all for Gayla Johnson now. Any way Keith had to take Special Services when I got him & Patti Ellison told me she don't know any thing about that. I wanted them records for I could show the Judge. Later I found some old papers about when he took them services.I told her .She said she will look them over.SHE NEVER DID. She Social worker for Lower Elwah Reservation now.Thats one reason she all forXSocial worker [ Gayla Johnson ] Keith got a temper, so he wanted to live with this other Family ,Gayla Johson a X Social worker ] [371 Ns'Klallam Dr Port Angeles Wa. ]

So the Case workers recommend him to the Judge to stay in GAYLA JOHNSON HOME AGAIN 06/23/05 /Can any one help. ATLEAST SPREAD THIS AD AROUND. [I didn't think its right for the Judge to hand Keith over to Gayla Johnson in the first place ,just because I couldn't come to court the first morning.I call about 8:30 & told them I couldn't make it on so sort of notice.I told them my Caregiver was here & I got to be here when they are here.They pick Keith up at 11 Pm & release him to Gayla Johnson the next morning at9:30 A.M. [ Gayla Johnson.She is un-fit Mom.

I told the CPS[Bronson West/CPS Supervisor & the Honorable William G Knebes that Gayla was married 7 times , one guy 2 times The last marrage to Gary Johnson,which she is sepperated for 1 1/2 yr. now just because Gary wants to spend a little bit of money on his girl ,that her mom die & thats all that Girl had.& Gayla spends $1000s on her own kids. That she had all different jobs in her life& she work as a Social worker for the Reservation & supposely got sick[ supposely a mental sickness ]couldn't work there,then went to work for the houseing for 2 months then quit. She coudn't handle that job. Now she gets paid for being a X Social worker ./ I can't prove this in court ,but I know.She get perks for being sick& sell some of them. Her boy Eddie, Keith [my boy ]& I told him ,that hes going to have-to do his School work or he going to flunk. He would reply WHY SHOULD I ,Mom DON'T CARE. He end up flunk-in the 8th. Grade.Gayla had 10 kids,two she raise,she gots three at home,one die . so u can figure where the restwent, Got tooken away from her. I don't know how she got to be a Social worker in the first place SHE A SMART women ,I think, but not smart enough.
Can any one help.

I'm on Social Security,I got no money,on Social Security Disabilty, but some how I got to Sue them[ teach them a lesson ,that they can't do what they want. Can't reply to all E-mail,got to much.
