CPS Collin County Danielle Brachtenbach Falsely Accused And CPS Said My Children Were Lying! Plano Texas

 My daughter had an appointment at Childrens Medical Center for major abdominal pain she was feeling still, after she had a 6-7 cm tumor removed from rt ovary and pain she was having in her right arm and shoulder, from ERB's Palsy she had acquired from birth due to the negligence from the OB. She was going to the Pain Management Center there they just started up. She was to meet with 3 different doctors, pain management, physical therapist, and a psychologist. My mom had to take her because I live far away and I have a chronic pain disease and the drive hurts me. I was also in a major collision and have broken bones and am not driving, by choice. As my daughter went in to see all 3 at the same time, they had a printed list of questions and then one doctor came out and told my mom they were calling CPS. My child said the psychiatrist insisted she talk about her past and it did include anger. Also my daughter talked about my husband giving hugs and massaging her shoulders when her arm really started hurting. She also said I was on prescription medication for my disease.

That was on Thursday. CPS came to the school on Friday and pulled both my girls out of school and both of them stated they were not being physically, sexually, mentally, emotionally, or verbally. They said nothing has happened in years. My husband and I got called and had to go to CPS together. They only wanted to see us together, not at separate times. The CPS worker and detective told me what we were being called in for, sexual abuse and physical abuse. I told them they had to be kidding me! I was shocked! I told them my husband never did anything and when he is around them I am always right there. I told them he is rarely ever home because he works very long hours every day. Then the CPS worker said both my girls claimed I was hiding illegal drugs in my home and the officer kept asking over and over if I use Meth! He didn't like my answer of no so he kept asking. I said when I was a teenager over 21 years ago. I can only think cos came about that through the statement my daughter made of me being on prescription pills. My girls were very upset that CPS lied about what they said and are trying to ruin our family! If anything ever did happen, I would never put my girls through that! My children are my life and I love them so much! I live for my children and if I ever lost them I would die. I love my husband and I know for a fact they falsely accused him! He has never done anything like that and if he ever did, I'm sure my girls would say something to me, my ex husband, my mother, or even their older sister who doesn't live here. My girls have been seeing a counselor since my ex left us in 2005, one daughter has been seeing a psychiatrist, the schools, doctors seen, and often because of my youngest having BPI and has major bone and nerve problems, and even family have never reported anything to anyone! My kids are just fine! So, this is a bunch of BS!

It is not fair for CPS to interfere with our family because we are okay! My kids are comfortable and both my husband and I love them and make sure they have everything they need. I guess it's a crime for my husband to tell my girls he loves them and give them a innocent hug that has always been quick. That would be abuse if my husband shows no love or emotion towards my girls. WTF are they expecting?!! This is not fair! My husband is a sole provider and he could lose his job over this! They want to watch us fall and suffer just so they can get a bigger pay check! Why not go protect kids who have been called on numerous times and never receive anything? Those are the kids who really need it!
