CPS - CONSUMER PORTFOLIO SERVICES - LOAN SERVICING CENTER rude, harassment, no compromise! Irvine, California

I'm also a victim of this corrupt company, I can not believe they are getting away with the things they do. I have been cursed at, hung up on, you name it. I lost my job last year and I called to see if they would be willing to lower my payments for a while or refinance..NOPE! Would not do it. In this economy you would think a company would be willing to work with you, not CPS. They tried to repo my car, didn't get it, now they are trying to drag me into court. I am trying to file a bankruptcy  but I dont know if it will happen before they get a judgment on me. I have given these people almost $20,000 for a car that is worth about $2000. If someone is going to start a class action PLEASE do it soon, I would be more than willing to join!!!
