CPS In Harris County Texas Ripoff CPS has messed up my Wife's life and the children they have taken away as well Houston Texas

After reading all the reports out there I have decided to write on on behalf of my wife.

In June, 2005 my Wife's 3 kids were taken into CPS custody because her 5 year old daughter supposedly made a statement at the day care center about being sexually abused by my Wife's boyfriend at the time.

The medical reports done at the time showed no sign of sexual abuse at all based on what the daughter said happened. My wife started going to court to get her kids back shortly afterwards.

Almost 2 years have passed since the kids were originally taken and on March 21st, 2007 the Judge over the case finally dismissed the case. On March 23rd, 2007 the Judge issued a Court Order telling CPS to give my Wife her kids back by March 30th, 2007. On March 23rd, 2007 after the Court Order was issued CPS went to the DA and somehow convinced the DA to press Criminal Chages on my Wife.

They proceeded to arrest her on March 26th, 2007 and my Wife is still currently sitting in jail because nobody we know has the money to bail her out or hire her a decent lawyer.

My wife was going to school to become a Medical Office Specialist when she was taken into custody and might have to forfeit all the hard work she put into her education if this isn't resolved soon. We are talking about $11,500 possibly down the drain.

It is just amazing that after 1 year 9 months they all of a sudden had enough evidence to arrest her. It is a complete load of crock in my opinion, but CPS can do whatever they want from the looks of it.
