Cps In Tucson Az Child Protective Services CPS in tucson az has taken my girls need a lawyer Tucson Arizona

I dont know where to begin. On 5-8 08 cps took my girls out of the home. For the reasons of a filthy home. I do admit it was not safe for them to be living in but I did not even get the chance to take them to family or friends until I could get it cleaned up. With family and friends we have been cleaning the house non stop. We still have some more to clean but we are getting it done.
They have been giving me the run around from the start. The investigator making appointments and then not keeping them. I did not get to talk to the girls until Monday on the phone and they didnt sound the same.
We have our first visit with them today at 1 -3pm. Our case investigator had called this morning at 10 am to say our visit would be from 11- 1. We hung up and and he called back in a minute or so to say it will have to be rescheduled to 1-3.
They have missed 4 days of school now. Cps keeps telling me they are trying to get them back in school but doesnt seem like they are.
There is domestic abuse going on in the house as far as emotional and mental not physical. But we have both agreed that we need help and are willing to do that to make our family strong again. He has said that he needs help.
Our girls are in a group home with 1 lady and 9 kids. 7 of those 9 kids being boys and the other 2 being my 2 girls. My girls are 14 and 9 and my 14 yr old already has a boyfriend in their.
A little bit about myself I am a stay at home home mom that takes on to much. I volunteer 3 days out of the week at the food bank, 1 day at my youngest daughters school for a couple of hours and the other 2 days are my shopping days. Then it is the weekend. No one in the house helped me clean. That is one reason it got the way it did. Another is my shopping I would shop come home and just put it on the floor or wherever it landed basically. Also whenever running the girls around to friends parties or whatever it may be. My husband goes to work and provides for the family. If you ask anyone my girls are well behaved clean polite respectful happy girls. I love my girls from the bottom of my heart without my girls I have no reason to live. They are my life. I would never put them in harm or danger intentionally. I really didnt realize that is exactly what I was doing with the living conditions that we were living in. But now cps is making it more then the living conditions and saying the emotional abuse of the house being the way it was and and seeing the abuse between my husband and myself.
I am so sorry for this happening not only cause the girls were taken but that I could have potentially put them at risk. I also know now that if I feel overwhelmed that I can ask for help from family or friends. It also has me and my husband closer together then we have been in a very long time. We still have a long way to go but we will also be working on us. But I feel that the girls need to be with their family that love them and want them back home now. Then with a stranger and 7 other boys. So I dont know what to do. I think I need to get a lawyer involved. Please help I miss my girls so much and am concerned for their safety and the emotional abuse that they are dealing with right now being ripped form there home and family.
