CPS IN WASHINGTON STATE LIARS CHEATERS AND SIMPILY UNFAIR TO PARENTS AND CHILDREN!!! Everett Washington

 I am going threw a similar situation. I am in the Yakima area and have a case with Sunnyside CPS. I have 3 boys 5, 4, & 3 in in April of 2016 I left my youngest with a girlfriend for a few hours while I ran a few arrends well while I was out my cell phone died and I had no way to charge. During the time I was out, my girlfriends ex husband showed up. The got into what I was told a pretty intense argument, the police were called and my son was taken into custody. I was gone maybe 3-4 hours at the most and call to let her know I'm on my way as soon as I got to a phone. At that time I'm told that he was taken and they didn't know why. So I finally find him and I'm told I need to go in the following morning. So I do. I'm told I need to give a ua I provide it. Then I'm told I must wait again. Till the next day. The following day I go back and at that time I have my other two boys with me and I'm told that they can not come back home with me. I'm going crazy. For the next week till they are returned. The next 6 months I spent jumping threw hoops like some kind of circus act to make them happy. And once again in October of 2016 they are removed again cuz I was late to see a shrink who was supposed to teach me to parent. I wasn't aware that raising children came with an instruction manual. So my kids are removed and the reason the gave to the AATG was because of my family history the people I was related to and the reason they are where they are now. Because of my past criminal record and they did not think I could make good choices for my kids. I can not change my past and I don't want to keep reliving it. Just cuz I was that then doesn't mean that's who I am now. How can I move forward and start new where CPS is always dragging me back to the past. I've paid my dues and I've done my time I've learned from my mistakes and it's unfair that I'm being punished like this. Using my children against me for watever it is they are trying to get is not right. It's been almost a year now since the last time I was able to sleep or even bathe my boys. This is not justice it's tourchure and violates so many of my right but I have no one who is willing to help me. What should I di? Some one please help.

 first off if you wouldnt trust him enough to watch your kids why are you allowing him to live with you?

Second if he isnt working then he should watch your kids

Third why would you as a mother allow someone to take away from your children? Him not working or contributing to your household is takeing away from your kids

Fourth what does that say about the environment the children are in if you have to worry the kids are being fed while you work?

I am sorry that you are going through this difficult time, but don't give up. Document everything that they are doing...ie...not returning your phone calls, the visitation supervisor having to call you to find out visitation times. Keep a log and write down everything, record your phone calls with them, I mean do it all. They will lie, they will falsify documents, forge documents anything and everything that they can...this is how they make their money. For example they have already lied in your case by stating your house was dirty...because the police had destroyed it, but they used that as a reason to remove your children.
