CPS Jennifer Wacenske, Jennifer Parker, Kathy Jared Made false acqusations against me and took my family away from me. Simi Valley California

My mother-in-law made false accusations against me to CPS. CPS made me leave the house and 4 days later came and took my kids away from my wife. They told me I couldn't I couldn't have no contact with my kids or my wife, and I spent 5 days in jail for something I didn't do.

They accused me of sexually molesting 2 out of the 3 of my girls, but the DA found me not guilty and cleared me of all charges and they still are not allowing us to be together and they are pushing my wife to divorce me in order for her to have our children back.

I spoke with 4 atty's and they said once the DA sent the letter dropping all charges, the atty's I spoke with said my family and I should have been reunited, but they are refusing to do so. The judge told CPS to help me get a therapist, and they are not following court orders, and Jennifer Wacenske told me that I would not see my kids until I admit that I did something wrong, and I told her that I am not going to admit to doing something that I didn't do.

They now want to send our children to Bakersfield to be their aunt and uncle who they have taken in a registered sex offender and the uncle is an alcoholic. Plus, they want to move them in the middle of the school year and youngest one is 5yrs old, and my wife gets visits every Wednesdays between 4 and 5, and that is a long drive to meet the visitation requirements, and they have not spoken to my wife in at least a year.

Who knows what they will tell my kids about us to make them not want to see us anymore. The justice system is supposed to be for the kids, but not in this case, because we can prove that we have done nothing wrong and they still refuse to reunite our family together.
