cps killeen,tx tiahnna mayo, tabitha fine, nancy almeda wrongful termination of rights based on false information killeen, Texas

 my name is anastasia huber and my sons name is levi scott littek. on october 23, 2007 levi was born. 3 months after he was born i decided i needed a babysitter for 2 hours a day. i placed him with my best friend at the time tabitha fine. i did this for 2 weeks and then she became clingy. when i told her that i was no longer letting her babysit she went nuts. she bought him clothes and a ticket for her and my son to disneyland without my  permission. i ignored it. my sons father started being a jerk and everything and no matter how i tried to get him to spend time with his son he denied it was his. even my next door neighbor started trying to get my son away from me. when my son was 6 months old i got a visit from cps. tabitha and my sons father had given them a call saying i was abusing my son and not feeding him. they came in in the middle of my cleaning day and i had crap all over. they asked me about the food and noticed that he had 6 cans of formula in the cabinet. they also noticed  trash bags by the door. they took my son that day. i called my friend tabitha, not knowing that she was the one that called them, i asked her if she could take levi for me. the also told them that i did drugs and everything. they asked me to do a drug test, so i did. i did a hair folicle test and it came back negetive. so the case should have been immediately reopened for new evidence. but they didnt. instead they gave me one visit with him and told me i was unfit to raise my child. while i was in the visitation room with my husband at the time i told him that if my sons father was the reason my son was taken that i was going to kill him. an expression of course. they cut my visit short because of that statement and brought me to my house to gather my sons things to take him away, and start the paperwork to terminate my rights. on my first court date they had my caseworker tiahnna mayo take the stand to give an update on me. she told the judge that irefused to take a drug test and i failed some other things. she lied on the stand and my court appointed attorney told the judge. i also requested a paternity test to see if my sons father was the father, since he continuasly denied him, and they denied me. anytime a caseworker has information proven wrong she is supposed to reinvestigate. she continued with her case false information and all. anyway after that court date i was no longer allowed to see him and my rights and my sons fathers rights  were terminated on the spot. now my son is placed with ( my sons fathers ) parents. but i dont know if there related because i was denied that right. we are not allowed to see him at all. it has been 5 years as of oct. 23rd. this year, and my sons father gets to see him all the time because his parents have my son. is this right. i cant get pictures or see him and he gets to see him, play with him, and get pictures, and i get to do nothing. i have tried to appeal my case and no one will help me. i want my son back. they had no proof but a bunch of false statemns and false information and my son was taken from me.please help me.  please help stop the cps department of killeen texas from wrongfully taking someone elses child.
