CPS CPS TEMECULA HAS KNOWN ABOUT THIS: SHOCKING VIDEO TEMECULA, California

A Parent describes when a CPS agent entered the home of a Family in Temecula, Ca. The Parent had asked more than 6 (six) times What His Rights Where and the agent continued to repeat the responding answer to the parent You Have No Rights sadly but true this was all video recorded with audio..As the CPS Agent interviewed the child the agent saw no signs of abuse, also receiving confirmed affirmations from the chid that no abuse was afflicted on the child, the Agent agreed and determined to leave the child in the care of the parents.before leaving the Agent had requested that the parents of the child take a drug screen the following day, which the parents obliged with great satisfaction, Knowing that they were clean and that it would be no way for their tests to come up dirty. This is when the Nightmare begins for the family, Both parents did in fact take their drug screenings the following day, after waiting for the results a week later finally came, and to their shock, one of the screenings showed up dirty for the father, the mothers screen came out to be clean. Without explanation or understanding how such a thing could happen, the father was immediately branded, with no way of defending himself. At court the judge would not hear anything from the father what so ever, but here is an odd twist, the father had only one test, (Would a second test have revealed somthing different?)the mother of the child was forced to have 2 tests (1 more additional), after her first test resulting clean, apparently that wasnt good enough for the Temecula Based court and or the Temecula, Based CPS office. Now keep in mind the Father was most defiantly treated different in this scenario..Again the mother complies, and agrees to take an additional test, this time for some apparent reason a week later the test comes out to be Dirty, Shocking all the mother could do was to follow her husbands foot steps in continued nightly crying, She to was also branded, and so as the father she would also not be heard by the Judge. From there: the parents were ordered to associate with other addicts 2 3 times a week by the Temecula based Judge, and or CPS, something the parents are not a custom too. Now here is what is bizarre;According to the Parents since the original CPS case worker has handed over their case to another agent, there have been over 33 drug screenings all proven to be clean, Humm! unless you believe in quitting cold turkey something is definitely bizarre here. The parents were determined to fight, and find out the truth, and the only feedback they were getting was go with the flow, and that CPS wants to close the case.
