A telemarketer called offering me a credit card and some $50.00 gas cards, and to repair my credit all for $149.00. Then they asked for my bank account # which I informed the woman I did not like to give out over the phone. She assured me it was just to verify my information. After agreeing she informed me that $149.00 would be deducted from my checking account on 12/26/03. After I hung up I gave this some thought & immediately called back to cancel. I got a voice mailbox and had to leave a message.
I left several messages to cancel this offer. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK!!! On 12/29/03 $149.00 was withdrawn from my account. I immediately called and got another voice-mailbox. I left 3 messages before someone finally returned my call. I explained that I wanted the offer cancelled and my $149.00 refunded.
I was assured this would happen. This call took place on Jan. 7, 2004. I also sent a Certified Letter - Return Receipt on Jan. 8, 2004. This was received & signed for by Sandra Greene of CR Bancorp on 1/12/04.
As of Jan. 21, 2004 the $149.00 has not been refunded to my account!!! I called again today (1/21/04) & left another message for someone to call me. I cannot afford to have this $149.00 taken from my account. It caused me $108.00 in overdraft fees already!!! Please help me get my $149.00 back.

I to was a victim of this company. Luckly i came across this site and found out there tips and tricks of getting more money out of you. I do not know how they found me because they called my cell number but gave me the same speach about the credit card. I never got it and was in the hospital when they took out the funds. I got home and found out. I called my bank right away told them it was not a authorized transaction and spent three weeks getting them to refund my money.Its all about talking to the right person and not giving up. On top of that i am canceling the account so that they can not take anymore money out. There is also the option of a stop payment that you have to pay for but it seems that this company uses other names.
This company must be stopped i have filed a police report and i suggest that everyone else does the same. Sooner or later something has to be done. Alot of people have gotten fees from there banks ect. If you talk with your bank most likley they will reverse the fees especially if you have a police report and open a new account and are more than willing to help you. Some people even have a fresh start program.
My main concern why has nothing been done? Have the been reported to the BBB? If there are so many reports with a adress why has legal action not been taken. These are very serious offences.One last thing i was told that i would be refunded my money it was never given back thats when my bank had to force it back into my account.All of my fees were not refunded I am only 22 and thought that i was the only victim. I received a call on or about December 17, 2003 about free gas coupons, trips and other perks. I was told this would cost $149.00 and there would be a credit card with a $2500 credit limit. I have not received anything in the mail as of today, February 9, 2004. I called the toll free number numerous times to cancel this package deal but they do not return my calls. I am angry and I want this company stopped. I want it publicy know that this company is fraudulent.
