CR England Burns Harbor Not Worth the Hype burns harbor, Indiana

Dear Drivers:

 im here to discribe and warn you all of the issues the occured to me while trying to attend CrEnglands refreshers course. When i search for a trucking job after being in the office for years most companies tell you the only way you will get hired is if you attend a truckers refreshers course. CR England is the cheapest place to attend. Now hear is the bad part! When you arrive at Burns Harbor you will be treated as "Cattle". This is a direct quote from one of the instructers there. I thought to myself "i'll play there little game to get back into trucking then leave and go to another company". So i pass all there written test. So after came yard trainning! This is were it gets crazy. On the range the instucter told us how to do assigned back techniques while talking on his blue tooth the whole time. He backed me into a cone even though i asked to get out and look numberous times,but i shut up and listened to him. So here's the Numbers

*$50 to sign up

*$35 for a physical (even if you already have one)

lies are as followed

*1800 miles per pay company solo (thats if you TM gives it)

*5 star hotel stay (yeah right Look up Home Town Louge in Hammond In.)

*on payroll after you finish refresher ( only if your payed on your ComDatacard if you Direct Deposit *your pay comes when they fill like sending it to you)

*Leasing program(if you are bussines savey this is for you But if you are a new driver this will put you in debt quick)

* Company drivers and Lease Drivers are forced into trainning new drivers and you have to pay them out of your pocket

Bottom line they have sh*ty Hotels

your not promised to be hired

they dont promise your bullsh* .25cent a mile

no one can live off of promises

you can only pray for miles

i wasted my time and money attending this school and i pray that no goes through what i went through.

i was honest with myself and left the school when i seen i was being trained to tare s**t up and was not being tought the proper way.

All experienced truckers beware of CREngland students they will f*k up your truck in a truck lot. IJS
