I needed to take a trip to my home in California from Atlanta, for my mom's Memorial service. I decided to download a brain game for my Blackberry Curve, my nephew told me about, called: Advanced Brain Trainer Edition 1 (BlackBerry).
I paid, $11.99 for the game, plus shipping and tax. Shipping for the disc - I think - when I went to download the game, I was unable to un-zip the file using multiple un-zip programs. I sent an email asking for a full version (unzip); I received a reply withing 24 hours which was a "cc" from Crackberry to the developer, Mobilehand, to assist me with this issue.
No reply, I have requested a refund and as usual, no support after hours.
Most likely, they are working out of their garage or from a park using a public phone for in-bound calls.
So far, after a few days, no result - rip-off.
Instead of the frustration, I usually just forget about the few dollars and find another rip-off site to get the software -
