Crafter's Choice Quick to bill but refuse to refund money owed.

Crafters choice sends 2 books a month called the Featured Selections.  If you do not decline them they are automatically sent to you.  I received 2 books I did not want and followed their return instructions.  I paid the extra cost to send them first class instead of media mail so I could have a delivery confirmation.  This was in the beginning of December.  Instead of crediting my account the charge is now double of what it was.  It was originall $45 and change and it is now $92.92.  Despite a dozen emails to their company and assurance that they have credited me, my account still reads $92.92.  The last correspondence now asks what the title was that I returned and would I like a replacement.  I have been battling this weekly and am fed up with their lack of follow through or customer care. I am thankful I did not give them access to automatically take their payments and I am only struggling to get the account cleared so it does not damage my credit.  They do not offer a phone number or address to contact them at just an email form.

I highly advise anyone considering joining this club to think twice.  You can find the same or better at Amazon and save the aggrivation
