Craig Hurst Sr. and Craig Hurst Jr. are both in the wood flooring business to rip people off. They buy low quality flooring at a heavy discount and mark up substantially. Then they ship the already garbage wood to you and ship it the cheapest way possible. 90% of the time it will arrive to you damaged. Then they will make a claim against the shipping company and get paid for it but then they won't ship you a replacement. If they do decide to ship you a replacement, then that will most likely come damaged again and the same thing will happen over and over. Good luck making a claim against them because these cons will lie and lie and lie so they don't lose a claim they will provide false documentation as well. They are very very good at what they do because they've been doing the same thing over and over. They don't care about you or your business or your return business. Its unfortunate because we are in a internet world where people will continue to get screwed over by these guys. I only hope that more people would make more claims against them because they screwed myself and two others that I just found out about in the flooring business. If I had only checked up on them first. I would have surely hesitated to make a purchase from them. NEVER AGAIN! I hope more and more people spread the word about these bozos. I will be letting everyone I know in the chicago area to stay away from these cons as long as Im in the flooring business. They are nothing but a shady middle man!
