I ordered the CD for the "Profit From Craigslist - Pay Me to List" advertisement that was sent to my e-mail. I did read the terms and conditions and knew that I was signing up for a month program but I figured I could cancel once I got the CD if I didn't like the product.
It offers a 7 day free trial. The CD never showed up but I received two debits to my bank account from Easy Fortune 500. The first for $1.96, supposedly for the free trial shipping. The second was $49.95. I personally couldn't find any phone numbers at all...anywhere! I even tried to do a reverse look up from the address. No luck.
There is an option to "contact us" on the order site where it asks you to create a ticket. I have submitted two tickets so far and have never recieved anything back.
I will now try to e-mail support@FederalGrant Resources.com and get a cancellation put through based on another report I read on this site.
I'm so frustrated I could scream!
