I originally ordered couch cushions from this company in mid-July, 2007 and was told that the cushions would be shipped in 8-12 weeks. I was uneasy that they wanted me to pay for the cushions up front, but I had not seen anything bad about the company at the time and went ahead and gave them my credit card information. After13 weeks had gone by, I called the company to find out where my cushions were and I was told that they had "gotten behind" in shipping and that my cushions were scheduled to ship the week of October 15. It is now October 29, 2007 and I still have no cushions. I have called several times and left messages on the company's answering machine; however, nobody has returned the calls as of yet.

Still Waiting... and royally ticked!

AUTHOR: Vtaggie - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 17, 2007

The last automated call that I received from this company said that the "cushions were in production and scheduled to ship in 2 weeks" - that was the day after the automated call saying that they would "ship in four weeks." It has now been over two weeks and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau AND my credit card company.

I made yet another call to the company (11/16) and left yet another message asking for SOMEONE to return my call. (It is almost funny how nobody ever answers their phone during business hours...) I also said that I wanted to cancel my order and that I wanted my money back. Within hours I received yet another automated call that my moeny had been credited back. Unfortunately, I have yet to see it show up on my credit card.

BUYER BEWARE! This company is scamming people for money and they string you along until your credit card company can not or will not do anything.

Still putting me off!

AUTHOR: Vtaggie - (U.S.A.)

10/30 - I received an automated phone call today that stated my order was "in production" and was "scheduled to ship within the next 4 weeks." That means that an order that was placed in July will not be here until close to December!

My husband immediately called the company and left a message that we would like someone (a person) to return our call within the next 24 hours. I will keep this website informed of what happens...
