I admit I did not do my homework when I found Crate furniture while searching for replacement cushions for my Pine Factory furniture! I needed cushions quickly, and I had never had a problem with on-line vendors... until now! My internal "strange" alarm system was blaring but I ignored it!! The offered to wave shipping if I paid with a check (alarm!)... , the sales person said their credit card equipment was broken so they could not accept credit cards (double alarm!), I could only contact them by leaving a message and getting a call back (triple alarm!) Now I can't get them to return my calls (surprise, surprise!) and my check for $411 has long been cashed! What infuriates me now is that the history of this company goes back so far! Why hasn't the Virginia Attorney General put them out of business and in jail??

Please learn from my mistake!
