I had purchased a puppy from Crazy About Pet's in Margate, Fl within 24hrs the puppy was deathly ill. I took the puppy to the emergency vet and it was diagnosed with the deadly Parvo virus, internal parasites and kennel cough. The vet gave me a 50/50 chance. He said the mortality rate was very high because the puppy has no immune system.

I went to the puppy store and told the Malin's about what had happened. His answer to me was his puppies are all fine. I have learned that several other puppies from his store have the same virus. One of the puppies that another women purchased died 6 days after she brought the puppy home.

Crazy About Pet's still continues to sell these puppies and refuses to have them all tested to make sure that no one else has to go through this heartache. I have since learned that the puppy that was sold to me comes from a puppy mill in missouri the breeder's name is Christine Collins in West Plains, Mo. I looked up her information on the internet and she has been sighted and has several violations against her from the AKC. She has been fined and suspended from the AKC for 10 years due to having more that 150 puppies in cages at a time. Refusing to make her dogs and records available when requested by the inspector and having unsanitary and unsafe conditions for the animals.

Her name and address is on the breeder information that was given to me from Crazy About Pet's. They get their dogs from puppy mills. What is so upsetting is that they know this. This is why these puppies are sick.
