I ordered a hat that I wanted some embroidery done. I waited and waited but never sent an email saying that it had been shipped or anything. I sent emails and emails to there so called customer service center but I think it's a bunch of crap. I never received an email on nothing. This company is a rip off. I will never ever use them again for anything that I want ordered. They ripped me off for $28.00, I can't believe that they would do that through and embroidering company. Guess it goes to show how crazy people really are these days.
