    I had ordered a custom cap from this website with an image that I had created. Unsure if my image was able to get put on the hat, I had tried contacting the company through their "Contact Us" option and asked a couple questions. Though their website said they would reply in one hour (in most cases) I had not recieved ANY reply back even after giving my email. Possibly jeperdizing the hat I spent $68.50 on. 
    As the week went by, I had contacted the company again several times through the same "Contact Us" option and even used the emailed given to me through my PayPal accounts receipt. But with no reply but a confirmation number; ex: "Your request (#1686) has been received, and is being reviewed by our support staff."
    After over another week of copying the same method of both email and the "Contact Us" option, I have yet to recieve any reply of where my hat is, why my money has been taken out with no customer support or confirmation of order (except for a useless PayPal receipt), and why they have neglected to live up to their "100% Customer Satisfaction". Along with all this, I have tried calling the company's phone number (again through my PayPal account receipt) which seems to be a European based phone number and no matter what time I call, it remains busy.
    I feel very uncomfortable with this company taking almost $70 out of my account and yet no contact has been made on their part even though I have sent a dozen emails. The website gives no help in contacting the company but only has the "Contact Us" option that does nothing but say 'We will get back to you as soon as possible'. I have heard that customers after a month of waiting still have had no information of their hat or contact from the company. 
    For a website that demands such great prices for custom hats, I would have thought more effort would be put into the customer support aspect. I know I am not the only one with this problem and would love nothing more then to see it resolved. 16 days of order and not one contact email or phone call from the company is a problem, I dont care who you are. Even if I am contacted by this company tomorrow or in 3 months, I would have to say that I am sorely dissapointed  that my as well as everyone else's experience had to come down to this.
