kenneth torres had an agreement with me to redoe my kitchen. on the 16 th of october he came to my work and asked me for a deposit to buy the cabinets. he told me he will start the job in two days. he also promised to dropped the cabinets to my residence on the 17th of October 2018. I been contacting him everyday since and he answer his phone and make all excuses in the books like my crew quit. i am basked up. i will be there tomorrow, i will be there at noon, i will be there in an hour. i am loading my truck. it has bees days weeks and nearly a month. my son is getting married in December and i told him i need it be done by the end of October 2018. i called the police and they told me its a civil matter. this guy told me that i can t do anything. he robbed me a deposit of $1,000.00 dollors all that i had o do this work and this is a SBA LOAN i took out on my house to do repairs and had KENNETH TORRES RIPPED ME OFF
