Crazy Richard Sold It (Richard Gottfried) steals the consignment items entrusted to him
from his clients by claiming he never received them, that the goods were defective,
broken, worthless or otherwise unsalable. Meanwhile he turns around and sells them on
his Ebay page but claims that either he didn't receive them in the first place or that
they were worthless and he disposed of them. He does this over and over again on a
massive scale. He specifically targets elderly and naive clients.
Richard Gottfried is a career criminal, convicted felon, and former inmate - this is

Of course it's easy to have lots of satisified buyers on Ebay when you're a career criminal, convicted felon and former inmate selling stolen property for below market value. There is no disputing that Richard has positive feedback on Ebay, that's exactly what happens when you sell stolen property below market value, the buyers love it if they aren't aware it's stolen!
I guess I forgot to mention, Richard Gottfried is also a pathological liar.
Don't take my word for it, just see his universally negative yelp reviews or yellowpages.com reviews.
Richard Gottfried has an army of fake online personalities he uses to give himself fake positive reviews, but the truth is finally starting to leak out.
If you are a victim of Crazy Richard Sold It (Richard Gottfried), report him to your local police or to the Delaware County District Attorney; there is already an open investigation.
We need to get Richard Gottfried back in jail where he belongs. This career criminal who prays on senior citizens is the worst of the worst.

I am the owner of Crazy Richard Sold It. I am completely shocked at the accusations made by this person. We have thousands of satisfied customers around the WORLD who would strongly support my EXCELLENT Ebay reputation. I am a Top Rated Seller and Power Seller, with Ebay, and have been buying and selling for over 10 years.
Being in business for over 10 years and this being my only negative feedback speaks for itself !! Since this individual has neglected to identify themself, I can only assume that the claims are either false or he/she is in need of serious psychological intervention. Our policies and procedures are clearly stated on our contact which each and every consignor signs and receives, along with a complete inventory of all items consigned. Customers also receive an itemized listing of each item sold, the selling price and where it was shipped.
Each and every issue or concern that is raised by our customers is ALWAYS addressed quickly and professionally, by my staff or myself.
Obviously, you can't please all of the people, all of the time!!
