My story of dealing with "CRC" is similar to several recent posts.
Suddenly I found a charge to "MAGAZINES" appearing every 6 days on my credit card statement. By the time I was able to shut it down there were over $700.00 worth of
charges on the account.
I must say my credit card company has been very helpful as far as investigating and crediting back to me the fraudulent charges and closing the account.
I have continued to get "statements" from CRC. Each has been more and more threatening. Now I'm up to the "Special Attention" level.
They also make several phone calls every day. Up to 8 calls/day. I have captured CRC's PBX number and will post it here in an update for the reader's calling pleasure.
I have recorded several of the phone calls and have kept every scrap of correspondence with CRC.
Since it's a business card and phone which was comprimised by CRC. I've begun billing them for time and services on top of a hefty 25% monthly charge for the balance of the fraudulent charges until it's settled.
CRC's account now has a balance of $5000.00
and I would encourage them to contact me before I send it to a collection specialist.
