They charged my credit card for magazines that I did no even get. They refuse to refund me of my money and when I cancelled they said I needed to give then a written notice.
They are very rude and they talk to you as is you are stupid. They are worse than robbers and thieves because for robbers are thieves you know what they do. But these people at CRC of the Central Coast pretend to have a business.

I was lead into opening another account that I was unaware of. When a salesperson called I thought it was for my previous account. After I found out what had happen I tried to correct the problem. I assumed there would be a fight.
After contacting Heather, she politely transfered me to accounting. I was greeted by Charlie who was very friendly. I told her how I enjoyed my original service with them but I was dissapointed that another account was set up with some decietful practices. The conversation did not take a turn for the worst as I expected.
We worked thing out w/o dispute. I payed my orignal account off and was assured that with a letter faxed to their office the second account will be canceled. I trust Charlie will follow through with this and I hope others will also be treated as fairly as I was.
I will update if my agreement is not fullfilled. Until then, I am satisfied
