They don't call you back once they have your money. If you try to get your money back they tell you to call the general manager, then he will not call you back, or answer you in anyway.

This sucks. Anyone knows what to do from here? There has to be a solution.

From the start I should have known the company was BS, their rep, Bon Walters was a complete jerk to me. And once I started to have problems, he was nowhere to be found. Some support.
