Unfortunately you will not be receiving monies at all!! They tell the same lie to EVERYONE!! They are scammers and the FBI will catch up to them sooner or later!! File a report with the FBI so they can build there case stronger!! My husband and I are in the same boat as everyone else and it has been a year since we sent them 54,500... My husband has talked to many people about them and EVERYONE has the same exact story! You would have thought you was day dreaming... 

Creative capital partners has changed their website. http://www.ccpbusinessloans.com/about-us/. They used to have the names and faces of those running the company posted on this website now when you check it just lists their core commitments which are all false and fraudulent. They are never at fault for anything that happens with the process and claim to know everything there is but will never provide any proof or the names of who they have invested with. According to Dodd Frank they have to divulge who they get their funding from when issuing loans even if they are commercial lenders.

This is why they would go with a new company to take money from more victims. It appears from going to the men of respect intl. Just more scam and susupcious activity.

Creative Capital Partners LLC is a company built on lies and deception. The executive team of Lionel Rhodes, Carl McNeil, Tolie Miller, and Dorian Burkes are a disgrace to minority business owners and the real estate investment industry. They continue to blame the paymaster for their inability to fund the business loans they are committed to legally. The issue is the executive leadership team are greedy, dishonest, and unethical businessmen that  steal money from real estate investors with no intention to fund the loans. 

I have been waiting for over a year for funding and there is always a problem with a projected funding date. The last notice stated funding would be provided very soon after Memorial Day and CCP was on the list to be funded with other companies. CCP projected funding to be received by the end of June which never occured.  The new statement is the money is with the paymaster and the company is waiting on the wire transfer of funds.  I strongly encourage any real estate investor or financial instution to avoid doing business with Creative Capital Partners LLC.  I definitely plan to seek financial compensation for the  escrow deposit that was given to them.  Creative Capitial Partners are profiting on the interest from money my business provided to them.  I will file criminal charges against the company and key individuals that have misrepresented themselves as a legitimate business.   

I really hope the Attorney General Office of Pennsylvania and other local, state, and federal agencies investigate Creative Capital Partners LLC for their criminal acts and have successful convictions for this investment scam.
