Like most companies, Creative has gone through a series of owners. The Current owners Dan and Tiffany Waters are actually really great people, very hard working and knowledgeable. However, like most owners thier intentions start out good but those intentions take a turn for the worse when they employ people like Jim Lucas and other unskilled designers, CAD monkeys and inexperienced supervisors and tradesman.

Whats unfortante is the owners rely on Jim Lucas to make decisions that quite frankly he isnt inclinded to make. Jim is a disrespectful, narrow minded fool who is driven only by numbers (so of course whats an owner not to like - the more money this liar makes them the tighter thier lips become).

Creative is one of the highest priced pool and landscape contractors in the valley. Whats amazing is you wonder how they stay in business with the bad rep they have, the numeruos unhappy clients who voice thier opinions on yelp and the simple fact that they dont actually build many projects outside of the ones they do for Toll Brothers. Well there's your answer my friend, they build pools specifically for this home builder - what does that mean for you? It means that you and your measley 30k arent a priority for them which is why you typically pay 10% more for them to do they same work that any other builder can do - hense the fact that they are more expensive and why you arent a happy customer, again unless you are buying a Toll Brothers home, you dont matter.

Just make sure when getting a bid from this company - dont be fooled by the simple CAD plan with pretty water colors (if you actually look at the plan you'll pinpoint many errors and descrepncies which affects your bid because they bid your project off that pretty, incorrect plan) - demand 10% off, they will give it to you because it wont affect thier bottom line, its already worked into the cost - better yet demand 20% off because you know the plan is wrong and there are probably additional costs worked in to cover the designers commission.

Remember

* They use the lower priced materials and charge you premium costs

* They always charge 10% more than they need to, so they wont mind giving you 10% off right away - DEMAND FOR MORE

* They nickle and dime you to make sure they dont loose a cent

* Jim Lucas is a lying moron and inconsiderate p***k

* If you aren't a Toll Brothers home owner - contract with someone else
