Creative Synergy Trading The company hide the fact that they would charge me $129.95 if I did not cancel an initial membership via the internet. Phoenix, Arizona

I was charged $1.95 (credit card) to explore an internet site regarding information for potential money making services supplied by Creative Synergy Trading. Carefully hidding somewhere in the 30-40 pages of internet information was a fee of $129.95 that stated if I did not cancel my membership in 3 days my crediat card would be charged $129.95.

Not until I received my credit card statement did I realize I was charged the $129.95. 

No where in the information is an address of the company or a person to contact if you have billing questions.  A seperate company is set up to answer billing questions and advise you that you have no recourse.

I beleive this is clearly a scam.  The credit card company will not act on anyone's behalf.  It appears no one will help individuals fight this sneaky, preditory company.
