Creative Video Memories ,CVM Performed below expectations and BAD business ethic. Has not returned calls about DVD of my son's 1st B-Day Party, which I already paid in FULL for. Haleiwa Hawaii

I trusted Tanya (creator) and her business to DJ and video record a VERY important day in my son's life. Prior to the party she was very courteous and polite, returning my calls in satisfactory time.

The day of the party, her husband Jon (the DJ) and his partner (videographer) were over an hour late. I forgave them due to their excuse of traffic. They both seemed a little unorganized, but I tried to be forgiving. I was told the DVD would be mailed to me within 6-8 weeks. The party was April 19th and it is now July 29th. I tried emailing several times at about 8 weeks and got NO response.

I went to the website last Friday (July 25th) and it was gone. The number I have for Jon is no longer in service. I again emailed and my emails are now being returned. I have been calling Tanya EVERY day since Friday July 25th, with NO response. I just keep getting her voicemail.

I am upset that they do not have the business ethic to return my call. If they can not produce the DVD I believe I deserve a refund AND ANY video that was recorded, no matter how unedited it is!! Over-priced AND EXTREMELY BAD Service!!! I DO NOT want this to happen to anyone else, especially a parent on such an important occasion, like my son's 1st birthday!
