"24.335.58 for a 05 with $9.312.85 of which was finance charge"

Payment of $500. a month sounds right.  My car loan is only for $4800 and my monthly payments are $204.00.

You still owe "court saying i owe 6.899.94 cents of which is650.00 repo cost

The car was sold at auction and that is the balance owed.  You should be happy there were enough people bidding on the car that you only owe $6899 instead of $24,000

Also, if your son cant read or write, why in the world would you, as a Mother LET anyone "trice" him into signing anything, for YOUR car, if you were not trying to pull a scam?

Good job Mom, instead of teaching your kid to read and write, you screwed up his credit future.

People can treat me like crap all they feel like,  or cause all the drama don't mind steve he Is nothing but a p***k but I am not going to hide In my house for the rest of my life.  But I am not going to stay In my  house for the rest of my life.

Because what the "P****s" say about me on this site.  They still haven't learned they can't treat me like I am nothing.  This Is why employers,  businesses,  & creditors get away with their bad business practices.  Because of the p**** who have let comments.

The only "rip off" here is on the taxpayers!

AUTHOR: Steve - (USA)

POSTED: Sunday, May 15, 2011

The taxpayers paid good money to send this idiot to school, and obviously got no return on investment.

There is absolutely no excuse for illiteracy in the United States of America.

NO EXCUSE!

Every person in this country is entitled to an absolutely FREE education for 13 years, and then some.

The only reason your son is illiterate is because he has a severe case of mental retardation or is just lazy.

Or maybe a lazy retard.

In any case, no rip off here.

If your son was of legal age to enter into a legal binding contract, he should be man enough to meet those obligations, without the help of his Mommy.

Son~ Pull your pants up and get an education and a real job.

Man up and get off Mommy's tit.

By any chance

Are you related to anyone by the name of Charles?

There are some RoR's that are really out there with how they are written.  But this report has to be a joke.  There is no way someone who seems to be this illiterate could even make it out of their house to go to the dealer.  Let alone being able to use a computer and write this report.

Can't read or write?

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, May 14, 2011
And yes they did lie to my son and get him to sign the contract my son cant read or write

Huh?  Did he ever attend school???  My six year old grandson reads and writes pretty good for his age.

You need to do 2 things:  1.  Get your son enrolled in some adult education classes.  His life is going to be hell until he obtains a basic use of the English language.

2.  Instruct him to NOT SIGN ANYTHING!!!!   If he cannot read and understand a document, then he should not sign!  Period!

Credit Acceptance Corporation

AUTHOR: bobby edwards - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, May 14, 2011

I recently filed a report on a auto I purchased through a dealer for credit acceptance. As I stated they did some unlawful things. But it seems that from the comments I have recived everyone thinks its a joke ITS NOT.On the summons none of the money is there as it is on the contract.THE down payment I paid and what they say i paid is differnt and does not show on  items on summons and to clear up value i was paying $24.335.58 for a 05 with $9.312.85 of which was finance charge.I had aheartattack and had to give auto up.And yes they did lie to my son and get him to sign the contract my son cant read or write .YOU are all right we got suckered .They told us the only reason for him signing was because my income was to low because its disability and thats the only reason if you ever deal with these people you will know for yourself. My payment was suppose to be $350.00 when the dealer got through it was $500,00 I know now not to trust a car salesman they will rig paper work to make a dollar no matter who it hurts,Anyway I have the contract as proof.I told the dealer I couldnt afford a $500.00 dollar payment it was only suppose to be $350.00 he stated ITS YOURS NOW.CASE Closed I made a mistake but never again So I go to court for money on a rip off But I will clear my son name. They lied to him to get him to sign.

Not that simple.

AUTHOR: Flynrider - (USA)

If you and your son financed the purchase of a vehicle, you can't just give it back and hope it all goes away.   The finance company lent you the money to purchase the car.  If the car is reposessed (doesn't matter if you give it back voluntarily),  they auction the car off and you still owe them the difference between what you borrowed and what they got from the auction.

I'm not sure how they tricked your son.   You said you didn't have the money, so you sent him in.  Why would they need to verify his income if he wasn't signing as a co-signer?

It's apparent that neither you or your son read things before signing them.  If you keep up that practice, you will get fleeced every time you walk onto a used car lot.

Really?

AUTHOR: Susan - (USA)

POSTED: Friday, May 13, 2011

It is not your fault that you financed a car, then didn't pay for it?  Someone elses fault. No one "triced" your son, he co-signed for you and because you are not paying, he is on the hook.  Way to Go Mom!!!
