Credit Card Service Bureau CCSB I was ensured a "lifetime" of protection...I need them now and I'm screwed! Nationwide

I signed up and paid for a lifetime membership with  'Credit Card Service Bureau', many years ago.

I haven't used them so much for fraud, but rather name changes, address changes, and adding or deleting

accounts.

I recently tried to contact the company for some big changes due to a mugging and loss of cards.

The number I called 1.800.336.0220  , apparently is now , "Life Protect 24/7 Medical Alert Protection."

I was able to mitigate my damages but only by contacting each and every bank and/or creditor myself.

Probably once in a lifetime, but exactly what I paid for to avoid....very disappointed.
