In 2009, I bought a car from Credit City Auto Sales USA, Inc. Very pleased. They sent the car to our address. Wife finally found car she wanted.  Actually the only one in North and South Carolina like she wanted. This is my Birthday present for wife. I asked for the final price of the car. The salesman said only management can give me that. 30 minutes on live help with them, they had all kinds of info on me but i still didn't have the price.  i was told that i had to test drive the car first before i could get the final price. my response was my driving and their pricing had nothing to do with the other. I test drived the car and my wife too, my wife loved the car.  after haggling about me driving it, the manager finally gave the guy from the live help the price.
I forgot to tell you, I didn't have a dime, no credit, etc. I told them this after test driving the car. I did have a settlement coming in 2 weeks, I already paid a deposit of $4500 to Credit City Auto Sales USA, Inc but that was refundable. They said, for waiting 2 weeks more for the final payment, we will charge you $200 more. To which  i said "You must be on drugs" We agreed on a price with $100 added to the prices listed on the website www.creditcityautosalesusa.com .They sent me emails Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday and told us to bring proof of the settlement. Off we went, wife all happy. After 2 weeks we paid the final payment and they sold me the car and will hold check for 2 weeks. We get all finished and they said you can get the car when the check clears. Hold up! You had me test driving the car, my wife had already foam on her mouth for the car. Guy in finance says, you should be able to take it home after paying the $100 extra. I said ok because i am now looking at my wife's face.
They spend 1 hour trying to figure out how to tag the car. We are stuck with a dealer tag.
I get an email 4 days later and I'm asked when am i going to send the dealer tag back to Georgia. I am sick and tired of these people from www.creditcityautosalesusa.com . If it wasn't forthe wife, I would have set that car on fire. We still have the car, and it is working great, but the major hassle to get it was just too much. Beware of www.creditcityautosalesusa.com
