Liberty Benefits Fraud what a ripoff

To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Chris. In October, my husband applied to get the Libery Benefits Credit Cards. We were going to get it, but sometimes emergencies or other things come up. We called to try to cancel, and they told us we could not. So, we went into our bank and for a $20 stop pay fee, put a hold on the check.

The following day, the check went through and was returned. Again, the check went through like a week (give or take a day or two) later. And again it was returned. We haden't had anymore problems with it until Dec. 4th when once again the check was resubmitted, and allowed to go through.

We filed a complaint with the bank, and the bank returned our money. We are not rich people, and therefore the incident caused my husband and I a lot of stress. I have been put on medication for serious stress related headaches. The bank reimbersed our money, but Liberty Benefits still got the $221.99 and we were also charged a $20 overdrawn fee. This has got to be stopped.

To many people are being taken advantage of by this company. We need the money we make to live...which is not much. Someone please do something to get this company taken care of.
