CREDIT FOR CREDIT COUNCELING SERVICES PUT ME IN COLLECTIONS. Rip-off! DEERFIELD BEACH Florida

Talked to a gentlemen by the name of Carlos for four weeks. When I told him that I could not pay my bills and him at the same time he said just pay him and that the late charges from my bills would be added to the end of my term. Well after paying two payments of $570 we were not seeing any action and our creditors were still asking for money we called CFCCS and asked what was going on? they said it was fine and they would recieve thier payments soon.

After THREE WEEKS I recived a call from a creditor saying my wife was in collections! I called CFCCS and asked again what was going on.They said they forgot to tell me that they were witholding my first two payments and on the third payment they would pay the creditors. I lost my mind and sent a letter telling them to stop my contract. They have over $1100 in my money.

I am a marine and I already dont make enough as it is especialy with two kids. I was never behind in my bill paying; I just wanted to get ahead a little and it sounded like a gould deal.Now I went from a credit rating of 875 to 575 over night and behind in my bills which were never behind. I hope that someone will take these BASTARDS to court and get our money back.I cannot believe that me and everybody else in the Military are fighting to protect PIGS like this.
