Credit Is Wealth - Dennis Zabawa I need to Sue this Company, Entity, and Person!!! Denver Or Wheat Ridge Colorado

This is another report similiar to Earl's from Westminster, CO. But I need some action taken, and I need it now! Dennis promoted to me (through my niece) that he could secure me 2 $25,000 credit cards in about 3 weeks. This was proposed to me in December 2008. Since he came through family I figured I'd work with him. Plus my niece has known him for 3 years she said when this all came about.

I like Earl was told back in February 2009 via email that the program no longer existed, and that refunds would be sent to those that wanted a refund. So I called up Sherry, his loan assistant that conveniently doesn't work for him anymore asking for my refund, and she said by calling that would be the needed confirmation for my refund since they had all my information.

Dennis however never called me to offer a refund like he apparently did with Earl, I only got the "group" email sent out on Feb 2nd 2009

I implore any lawyer that reviews this post to please contact me regarding this concern. I have all the documents I signed, I still have the Wachovia Bank Deposit slip that confirms where the money was deposited. I also have the Feb 2nd email. I want my money back, and to be compensated for what this crook has done. I have no other recourse than to start here, please someone help me.
