I signed up with Credit Jack back in May.  According to there ad on Craigslist, they can remove all credit in 2 weeks.  That did not happen, it was more than 3 months before anything came off.  I emailed them and called, they never returned my call until after several attempts, to see why they did no what they said they were going to do in the time frame they spoke of.  And the interesting thing is my file wasn't hard or difficult, where it would take that long. They did not have to do anything to my EQUIFAX FILE because that was already clean, so they only had to do is my Experian and TransUnion File.

Here it is Oct 13 and my Experian file still not done after almost 6 months later. Oh, by the way, they do not do inquires, so your paying all that money and they are not doing inquires either.

This so-called company is unprofessional, they do not do what they say there going to do.  I paid $1500 upfront with no satisfaction.  I am completely dissatisfied with there service, they are full of it.

Do not do business with them, they will screw you and not do what they say there going to do.  I will never endorse them ever due to there lack of service.

Buyers beware!!!!

Being Flagged

AUTHOR: Itaintmyfault2 - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, May 01, 2013

If creditjack knows that if a flagged client will not get the results they want, then shouldn't creditjack give a warning or ask a questions about the customers previous attempts to remove items from their credit report.  Customers are spending  $1500 - $2000 thinking they are going to get desired results.  Creditjack should warn people about being flagged or determine whether or not they are flagged.  $2000 is a lot of money to throw away without results.

I did not get the results I was expecting.  It is probably because I was flagged.  I never knew anything about customers being flagged.  I'm sure I would have thougt twice about spending $2k if I knew there was a significant chance of the procedures not working.  $2k is a lot of money for no results

To clear things up for Everyone

AUTHOR: Austin Bradley - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, February 19, 2013

Just so most individuals understand.

I am an affiliate out in California and I have sent a number of my clients to these guys. What everyone must understand is that some clients may not get exactly what they are expecting and it is mainly due to the fact whether they know it or not, but they are flagged.

Flagged files for people who keep sending in letters and the creditors verifying numerous times will get you flagged which also means that person is in the special handling department or consumer affairs (depending on the bureau).

It is not their fault for trying to do something when these clients are lying about not being flagged. Only two clients of mine have been flagged and they only were able to receive a few deletions, but not all.

(I will not mention any names, but the guy who always answers the phone and is always helpful) was able to give me a credit towards another file since one client begged me for some of his money back.

First of all they claim 2-3 weeks as earliest and 10 days after mailing files off is when you will see results. That may be the minimum time, they also always say maximum time can be 30-60 days since the bureaus have that time allotted to them to respond.

It took these people years to mess up their credit, and they may take sometimes 2-3 months (KEN FORD) to see something, unthankful much?

They will work out any problems, just be fair with them. I work with whom I work with in the company and I know he helps me and everyone I know out well.

These claims whether true or not, Mr. Ken Ford still ADMITS in his claim, "it was more than 3 months before anything came off." So something was done. But Mr. Ken Ford has a problem with whom he closed with, so mention that person instead of the whole business.

Also if you read the contract they do not have to work on the file after a number of days. For them to do so, thats nice of them.

Mr. Ken Ford, it's unfair to talk about the business as a whole when you should talk about whom helped you out and closed a deal with. They should deserve your words of wisdom, not the serval others making a living off helping others get through hard times.

Even in the worst cases, people get way more then they pay for, but everyone expects magic.

At the end, Everyone gets what they deserve!

They got me too....

AUTHOR: Swindled - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 02, 2013

Im disappointed to say Ken is right. Credit Jack scammed me too. I was fed the same bait/lies, and had the same game played on me.

I signed up in October. Justin convinced me they could help. He was super nice and helpful in the beginning. He said it would take 3wks. The cost was $1500 but Justin told me at least $1000 was needed for the attorneys to file the paperwork. I was to send the $500 2wks later. I first became suspicious when I did not get a contract to sign after making the deposit. I mentioned the contract to Justin who said it would be emailed to me once the money has posted to my file.

After waiting two weeks, it was time for the final deposit. I still did not have the contract and decided before I made another deposit, I needed proof they were actually working on my file. Anything showing contact with the bureaus or copies of documents filed wouldve sufficed. When I asked Justin for documentation before I send the final deposit, he said he would get something to me.  That was November 2012. To date, I have not recd anything. He asked me to set up an acct w/Credit Check Total and I did. I continued contacting Justin via text messaging, asking for documentation and other questions. He began telling me to email support@creditjack.com or saying his assistant would call me, but they never did.

When I finally dialed the numbers listed on the website, Justin answered and said they were working on my file but that a document had to be re-done. I told him I still did not have the contract (it was now December 2012). He finally emailed the contract and as I read it, I noticed several items that concerned me. The contract term was for 2mths; they do not guarantee results; and they charge a 43% fee on past due accounts. Since I was withholding my $500 until I got proof they were doing anything, that alone stopped me in my tracks. Add to that, that we were already 3mths into it, and no there were no results guaranteed, and it was clear to see I needed some questions answered before I signed. I texted Justin that I needed his feedback. He didnt respond. After two weeks, I accepted the fact that I had been swindled. I texted Justin saying I give up. He became belligerent and using profanity over text messaging stating I was harassing him on Sunday. He stated I was lying about details and he would show my text messages to his staff. He said the without a signed contract, it was illegal to work my case, and that was why my case wasn't done. I reminded him they JUST emailed me the contract to sign 12/17/2012.

Honestly, I think he was confused because up until that point he had been saying they were working on my case. He told me not to contact his personal cell again and to contact Jack for a refund and provided Jacks number. He stated his job was to process new sales only and I needed to contact support at credit jack for additional help. I explained I was not intending to harass him and that I didnt expect an immediate reply to my text since he didn't reply to my last text. He told me to call back Monday when he was calm.

I decided not to. The damage was done. My prayer is someone will read these and not fall prey to them the way we have. The only glimmer of light in this is that I did not pay the full $1500.

Credit Jack is False in it's statments

AUTHOR: Ken - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, December 11, 2012

Credit Jack is false in it's statemnet, my file is not complete, iit stil has the items on there.  Contrary to there ads on Craigslist and Backpages as you will see plenty, where there ads says " Credit Sweep in 2 weeks" is a false claim, here it is almost 7 months and my file is still undone.

Credit Jack had no sincere interest in cleaning my file, only to take my money.  I called them several times and left messgaes and not 1 time have they returned any of my calls, they would on rare occasions send me an email, never to talk to me on the phone to resolve the issue.

They are indeed completely unprofessional in there so-called business practices when it comes to customer service.  As a customer who paid upfront $1500 expected to delt with in a professional manner, I never thought I would be treated in this fashion.

I had to always make contact with them,  not once did they take the initative to contact me, to say "Mr Ford , we will resolve this, you have our word."  I signed up with them in May 2012 and here it is almost Christmas and my file is still not done.  The interested part, my file is not hard.  My Experian file is still un done, they did not even try to cleaned that file up.

Please note, for the money, they wouyld not even touch inquires, they said:  The bureaus will red flagg my file.

I am a professional, I did what I said I would do and that pay them for the services rendered, but as far as Credit Jack, they did not.  If the you want to do business when it comes to Credit Sweep, Tradelines and cc offers, please do your homework to make sure they are a reputable company, where your money and the services you are doing are in good hands.

Buyer Beware!!!!

If Credit Jack wants to resolve the manner, I am open to it, but I will not contact them, a customer should not have to chase after company, that's not good business at all!

CreditJack - Official Press Release

AUTHOR: CreditJack.com - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, December 10, 2012

This is an official press release issued by the CreditJack.com Legal Team on December 11, 2012.

It has come to our attention that an individual particularly a Mr. Ken Ford of Chicago, IL has made an allegation against us for illegal action and violation of the Credit Repair Organizations Act. We expressly deny any such allegations against CreditJack.com, its parent company, employees, or officers.

Secondly, the CROA grants authority to the States to regulate and administer Credit Repair Organizations and CreditJack's parent company is organized under the laws of the State of Delaware. Pursuant to Delaware law  2403 - Prohibited Practices Section. Which can be viewed here:  http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/decode/6/24/2403

It states

"a credit services organization may not:(1) Charge a buyer or receive from a buyer money or other valuable consideration before completing performance of all services the credit services organization has agreed to perform for the buyer, unless the credit services organization has obtained in accordance with 2404 of this title a surety bond in the amount required by 2404(e) of this title issued by a surety company authorized to do business in this State or established and maintained a surety account at a federally insured bank or savings and loan association located in this State in which the amount required by 2404(e) of this title is held in trust as required by 2404(c) of this title;"

CreditJack nor its parent company has violated any laws because we are licensed and bonded with the State of Delaware and are authorized by the above statute to collect fees in advance for credit repair services. Any allegations against CreditJack.com are baseless and found on a lack of legal understanding.

Finally, to address the issue of Mr. Ken Ford, his work was completed successfully however we admit the time it took to complete did take an extra 4 weeks due to delays on our part and we admit that we were not able to complete Mr. Ken Ford's job in a timely manner. However, the credit repair was completed successfully and due to client privacy we cannot publicly display a current credit report on a public forum as evidence. Our disagree was based on our contractual terms that Mr. Ford entered into which can be found on our website at https://creditjack.com/Service-Agreements.pdf

We were not able to honor Mr. Ford's request for a refund because it was beyond the cancellation period and because we do not provide a refund for delays. Even know we are willing to provide Mr. Ford or friend or family member of his a free credit repair package worth $1,500 for the removal of his frivolous claim and allegation against CreditJack.com but he declined our offer and we do not take kindly to threats and holding our reputation for randsome.

We are still open to resolving this dispute with Mr. Ford however a refund will not be paid but we will provide a credit for future services as offered before and was decline by Mr. Ford.

My POSITIVE Experience with Creditjack.com

AUTHOR: Jerome Adams - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, November 29, 2012

I am Jerome, I used creditjack.com a little over a year ago and signed up with Justin. I first spoke with his partner and got some information and emailed them back with questions. Justin was the one who actually responded to me by email and by phone call. His partner was not quick with responses due to the fact he travelled a lot.

I ended up paying Justin $1500 for my credit repair and he actually finished it up within 3 weeks. It may have been earlier even. I pulled a report from mycreditkeeper.com on 5/23/2011. That week I paid Justin and their attorney got started on my file. I got letters in the mail on 6/15/2011 from Experien and Transunion, and from Equifax the next day.

So I pulled a new report that same day and noticed by report was significantly shorter in page length and they removed about 31 Negative Accounts from my report.

So after that, I wanted my family and cousins to use them. Justin worked out a group deal with us that made us save thousands compared to their regular price on the website CreditJack.com. So after such a positive result, I sent them my parents, my sister, and 2 of my cousins. Out of 6 people, the only things I can say is on my cousin's report, he started with 17 accounts. They removed everything but 2 accounts on my cousins TU, and on my father they removed everything besides 1 collection on my fathers.

Justin is still in the process of redoing their files, and he isn't charging me anything for that. So I will vouch for him and provide anyone proof of my report and my family's reports.

Justin took good care of me, please email me if you have any questions. I will send my personal before/after reports to anyone interested, along with my family's if needed. God bless Justin and all his good work and CreditJack for allowing me to get into a home, a new car with 4% APR, and blessing my family.

Please email me at:

JeromeAdams002012@yahoo.com

Thank You,

Jerome

Look in your local yellow pages

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, October 30, 2012

You shouldn't have any difficulty finding an attorney to sue these clowns, but first you need to download the Credit Repair Organizations act from the FTC website-print it.

You can file complaints with the FTC and your State Attorney General, but your best chance at a refund is to send them a certified letter demanding a refund and informing them that you will file complaints with appropriate governmental agencies and sue them.  If they don't refund your money, look in the yellow pages for a consumer credit attorney and SUE THEM.

$1500 upfront

AUTHOR: Ken - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2012

Hello Sir,

If you know of a credit attorney that can sue, because I have already requested a full refund and they have ignored my request and refuses to refund.

If you know of a attorney that specializes in this, please let me know.

Thank you for your suggestions.  I look forward to your reply.

Thank you.

ILLEGAL!

AUTHOR: Robert - (USA)

POSTED: Monday, October 15, 2012

I paid $1500 upfront with no satisfaction.

Collecting this upfront fee is illegal and actionable!  You need to read the Credit Repair Organizations Act.  You can find it on the FTC website: www.ftc.gov.  I would demand a full refund from them and remind them that they have violated this federal statute.  If they don't give you a full refund, sue them in District Court.

You should have no problem finding an attorney to sue them for you.
