These folks have a long history of abusing people with their threats and bogus claims that they are collecting for  a third party usually it is for cable company equipment, which they insist was not turned in after the service is moved or relocated i.e. Time Warner, Spectrum etc.  I have told Spectrum several times that the contract employee took their modem with him.  This is an old, over 6 mos transfer of service to  anew address.  TWC refuses to acknowledge this installer took the modem with him and claims i am responsible for their damned modem.  TWC and Spectrum hire untrustworthy contrators who steal these items and either sell it, give it to a girlfriend or otherwise dispose of the equipment, and lie about it.  I know this having worked for TWC 27 yrs ago and know this happened alot with these temporary workers.  People at this agency speak with a heavy Hispanic accent, and appear to be uneducated and hostile to the needs of a former customer.  Reported them to the OH STATE Attorney General's Office and filed a complaint against them.  I wish someone with clout would pursue a class action suit against this outfit and put them out of business.  They are rude, crude and disreputable and should not be allowed to hound people over items that disappeared so far back in time.
