Credit One Commerce Financial Inc. Scammed me out of 1200, and promised to have $5000 in checking account next day New York, New York

Credit One Commerce Financial Inc., called me to state that they had a secured loan for me through one of their people (Wilbert L. Dennison) and to secure loan , wanted me to Money-Gram them $654, and next day they will deposit 5000 in my checking account and won't have to pay them starting in 6 months. Money-grammed money to them, next day no cash. Called them and Dina Prescott told me that the loan was on hold due to computer malfunction and stated that I was a previous customer and gave me preferrable interest rates. She stated that the computer was an error and since I was not a previous customer that she will have to talk with Mr. Dennison about the loan and call me back. I had to call her back in one hour, which I did, and she stated that since I was a new customer that the rates had to be changed, but also with Insurance that to be put on the loan incase that I lost my job, it will cost me another $500. Foolish me, I accepted the explanation, and wired the money to them. She stated that the money will be in my account in 6-8 hours (this was a Friday afternoon). As of today (3/17/08), no money has been put into my account and no one is anwering the telephone or returning my messages
