Credit Report America Fraud! charged but did not give report Internet

On tues I went into AnnualCreditReport.com. Somehow Credit Report America snuck in. I was constantly kicked off net/only got 1 report. Went back in and told I had to wait a yr to access again. Then I called/contacted all 3 agencies & was reassured there would be no charges. On Thurs morning, I was shocked to see $2.95 w/drawan from my back acct. I called 1-866-989-8952 & told them to refund my money. they could not find any information on me, told me I had little credit history, and then wanted $14.95 for a credit score. Told them no, to cancel me. I wanted to speak to supervisor, Chris told me not available but he would give the info to his supervisor and someone would call me within 14-48 hours. Asked again and he hung up on me. No one called. I went to bank and ordered new card and asked that this acct be stopped on Monday; paid to have new acct new/card issued.

On Monday, I was shocked to see that Credit Report America had taken another $29.95 from my account. I called 1-800-712-7224 and spoke with Kimberly. She was very nice; told me she wrote up a report and that I should be hearing something w/in 48 hours. I got her CS #.

Credit Report America practices fraud!

Pay with credit card. Do not give routing number

Easier to cancel credit card than your whole checking account.

Am following up with filing complaint with credit card company, my bank, the public utilities commission, the State Attorney General's Office, and The Consumer Response Commission, division of the Federal Trade Commission.
