Credit Service Division CCA ripoff dishonet fraudulent billing got the info in the mail never called & billed my account consumer rip-off fraud Las Vegas Nevada

I received a letter and a card in the mail that said that I had 6,500.00 credit limit. When I called the eight hundred number to check it out, it was explained to me and when I had questions I was transfered to a manager. There was a fee of $199.99 and when that was paid then I would get the materials in the mail. I was told one thing over the phone and when the materials got here and went to place an order I was told something totally different.
I was never told that there would be any additional charges to my checking account. CCS automatically just takes additional money from peoples checking accounts without authorization. They are the biggest rip off company going. They took an additional $150.00 from my checking account on top of the $199.99. These people need to be stopped!

I got the material in the mail and with it was/is a card that has on it a yellow sticker that states this card cannot be used until activated to activate call : 1-800-277-7056 I never called to activate the card but the company went ahead and has charged my bank account for the amount of $150.00.
