Credit Solutions Law Group is a complete scam. Stay far away from this business/company. Very unprofessional in their business practices, and they failed to honor the terms of their own contract. It has been over two years, and they lied throughout the entire process of working on my credit. My husband and I ended up doing all of the work to restore my credit. The woman in the video, goes by the name of Joanna Garrett. Once she and her office received my payment, they would no longer answer their phones or return voice mails in a timely manner. Again, by all means, avoid Credit Solutions Law Group. Be sure to read the commits on "YELP" concerning this business. It's not good!  Also, the BBB will be posting other complaints on this company within the weeks to come. The Real Estate Broker who  introduced me to CSLG, has also terminated his working relationship with them due to clients complaining of unprofessional practices, terrible customer service, and failing to meet the obligations of their own contract.
