This company has called my do not call registered phone several times soliciting business to clear up my "credit card balance". Since I do not have any such balance, I have ignored the messages.
Now they sent a letter referring to a catalog that they supposedly sent to me on 9/28/11, and telling me that I need to call them by 12/22/11 before my open enrollment opportunity expires. This is my "final notice".
The number I am to call is 800-500-9820 which is different than the number shown on their web site.
The letter indicates that I have an unpaid balance of $30,000 - $40,000 (not true) and that they can save me between $11,954.98 - $15,939.98 by renegociating my supposed debt,
