To all of you who wonder how Credit Karma makes any money since their service is "free"! And for those who are not curious about this.........well "ignorance is bliss", I guess!?

After they give you your report they automatically show you all the credit cards that were chosen just for you, that you are qualified to apply for, then many of you apply and when you do, it shows up on your credit report the next time you check because a "credit institution" has inquired about your credit score!! So now you are on this Catch 22  revolving door. If, you, in fact are eligible for a new credit card well, there you are, you have just helped CK make money because they are in bed with the credit card companies they are hooking up with all of us who have been taken in by their "helpful" suggestions!! They also make money by suggesting companies that can help you "improve" your credit by lowering your debt! And here we go again, they get another kick-back from those companies for every "little lamb" they encourage to walk down the plank to the slaughter!!

So "FREE", not so much, you innocent and foolish darlings, who defend this company as if it were helping to save starving children, a cure for cancer, or some other noble cause!! Wake-up and smell the reality of how companies make money even when they tell you it's free and they seemingly are not charging you for their service. They are going to get someone in the end. Businesses do not stay in business if they are really giving you something for free!!!!
