Creditline Solution Center Paul Smith total scam Newark, New Jersey

I applied online for a loan with Creditline Solution Center.  With less than perfect credit, I was told that a 6 month deposit upfront was required which I paid.  I had checked this company out with the BBB and Chamber of Commerce and there were no complaints listed. 

The loan rep, Paul Smith was very professional and always available when I called more than a dozen times over the course of a few weeks  so I did not have any reservations until the loan money was not deposited into my bank account as promised.

I called the company repeatedly and suddenly, no one was available.  I kept calling and getting hung up on, told I had a wrong number until someone in "member services" that sounded just like Paul Smith answered and claimed that the lender decided not to fund my loan because of my credit history and another 6 months deposit was required.

Of course, I refused and let them know that they may have gotten me once but not twice and I just wanted my deposit returned.  He kept mumbling so I couldn't understand him that I would receive my deposit by certified check in 30 days.  Sure! When I questioned why I had received an approval letter and where I could find their refund policy on their web site, he said it was not located on their site.

I have filed a police report, a report with the FBI and US Attorney General's offices for internet fraud, the BBB and Chamber of Commerce.  The police were able to verify that Creditline Solution Center is not located at the address on their web site.  Do not do business with this company!
