past two weeks - collection calls for my son who does not live here. advised this collection agency to cease and desist from calling me. they then put my phone number into an automated system, phone calls average 4 times a day. identified them when line was open in error and could hear talking in the background, then call shut down. called embarq my land line carrier. they refused to act. calls continue as of this am 1-8-09.
