Creditors Financial Group Creditors Financial Group tried to have my 66 year old mother pay my debt! Amherst New York

I have a debt that I dont dispute from chase bank! The problem is and what I am furious about is that Creditors Financial Group from Amherst NY has been calling my 66 year old mother, telling her I would be in alot of legal trouble if I dont pay my debt. They persuaded my mother to take out a personal loan to pay half of my balance. The whole time telling her she was doing a "good thing". When she told me she was paying my credit debt I told her not to. She is on a fixed income and they can't do what they did.

When my mother told them she wouldn't be paying off my debt they screamed ather telling her (which is a lie) that I had not showed up at a court date so now I was really going to be in alot of trouble and they where now going to have her served court papers for fraud, falsifing a check over state lines. She was very scared believing she was now in trouble, they told her the need the money by the 18th.

She has a heart condition and hypertension. I was worried about her health. This was not the first time they had a discussion about my personal financial info with my parents. I have never given them written consent to speak to anyone about my debt. Would filing a law suit against them be worth it, I know what they did was illegal. I am filing a complaint with the New york State Attorney Generals office.
